About this treatment

Swedish massage is the gold-standard relaxation treatment. Long, flowing strokes work the muscles at light to medium pressure across the full body, with a focus on calm rather than knot-release. We use warmed oils, heated beds and a private treatment room — designed to take you fully out of your head.

What to expect

  1. Intake

5 minutes on pressure preference, areas to focus on or avoid, any health considerations.

  2. Settle

Privacy to undress to the level you're comfortable with, lie face-down on the heated bed under a warm sheet.

  3. Massage

Therapist works systematically across the body. Conversation is your call — most clients close their eyes and don't say a word.

  4. Re-emerge

Privacy to dress, water and a moment to recalibrate before you leave.

Aftercare

Drink water, take it easy for the rest of the day, skip strenuous exercise for 24 hours. Most clients sleep deeply that night.

FAQs

What is a Swedish massage?

Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes at light to medium pressure. The goal is full-body relaxation and circulation rather than working specific muscle knots.

How long should a Swedish massage be?

60 minutes covers a full body. 90 minutes adds longer time on the back, neck and shoulders or includes scalp/feet — most clients prefer the 90 once they've tried it.

Is Swedish good for first-time massage clients?

Yes — it's the most-booked first-time massage. Light pressure, full body, low intensity, easy to tell us if you want anything adjusted.

Ready to book?

Book the 90 if you have the time — most clients wish they had.
