Highlights are foiled in defined sections from root to tip for a uniform, brighter lift. Balayage is freehand surface-painted for a softer, lived-in finish. If you want maximum brightness, highlights are usually the answer.
Any lightener stresses hair, but bond-builder added to every formula and a clear aftercare plan keep condition strong. We always start with a strand test on first-time colour clients.
