Every appointment opens with a real consultation: tone, maintenance, lifestyle and the goal. We design the lift before any product is mixed.
Our colourists work bespoke, with bond-builder added to every lightener to protect condition. The finish is lived-in by design — the kind of colour that looks just as good five weeks in as five hours in.

Use a sulphate-free shampoo and a tone-correcting weekly mask. Heat-protect every style. Book a gloss refresh at the 6-week mark to keep tone true, and a full balayage refresh every 10–14 weeks. We send you home with the exact aftercare for your shade.

Highlights are foiled root-to-tip in defined sections. Balayage is freehand-painted on the surface for a softer, more sun-kissed finish that grows out without a hard line.
Because balayage typically lifts mid-lengths and ends rather than the full root, it's gentler than full-head bleaching. We add bond-builder to every lightener and recommend a tailored aftercare regime.
Every 10–14 weeks for most clients. A gloss-only refresh between full balayages keeps tone fresh without additional lift.
Plan for 3–4 hours including consultation, application, processing, toning and finish. Long or dense hair can run to 5 hours.
