About this treatment

Natural lashes shed daily as part of their growth cycle, so an extension set looks fullest in the first two weeks after application. A refill replaces the lashes that have shed and gives the set a complete refresh — significantly cheaper and faster than starting over.

What to expect

  1. Quick assessment

We check the existing set, remove any extensions that have grown out or twisted.

  2. Application

Fresh extensions added wherever density has dropped, matched to the original style and curl.

  3. Brush & finish

Final brush-through, set check, you're out.

Aftercare

Same routine as a full set: keep dry for 24 hours after, daily lash-safe wash, no oil-based products, no waterproof mascara. Book the next refill in your diary on the way out.

FAQs

How often should I get a lash refill?

Every 2–3 weeks. Past 4 weeks the set tends to look uneven enough that a full reset is faster and better-looking than refilling.

Can I refill lashes from another salon?

Sometimes — it depends on the quality of the existing application. Send us a recent photo before booking so we can confirm whether we can refill or recommend a removal and full new set instead.

How long does a refill take?

60–90 minutes depending on how much has shed since your last appointment.

Is a refill cheaper than a full set?

Yes — significantly. Refills are roughly half the price of a full set, which is why most clients book a regular cadence rather than letting the set fully shed.

Ready to book?

Existing clients can book refills directly. New to us? Send a photo first so we can confirm we can refill rather than reset.
