Mid-face contouring with hyaluronic acid filler. Restores volume lost to age, lifts the lower face, sharpens the cheekbone — without ever looking overdone.
Book a ConsultationCheek filler is a structural treatment, not a volume one. We place hyaluronic acid filler at the cheekbone to restore mid-face support — which lifts the lower face, sharpens the side profile, and softens nasolabial folds without treating them directly. Two outcomes from the same treatment: rejuvenation for clients losing volume, contour for younger clients wanting more definition.
30 minutes. Medical history, photographs, agreed treatment plan and volume.
Topical anaesthetic for 20 minutes.
20–25 minutes. Cannula technique preferred — fewer entry points, less bruising risk.
Complimentary. Settled volume assessed; any small refinements made.
No exercise, alcohol, sauna or makeup directly on the treatment area for 24–48 hours. Sleep elevated for the first night. Bruising is more common in the cheeks than the lips — schedule around photos or events. No facial treatments for 2 weeks.
12–18 months for most clients. Cheek filler tends to last longer than lip filler because of less tissue movement. We recommend annual top-ups rather than full re-treatment.
Most clients need 1–2ml across both cheeks for subtle structure. Significant volume restoration may need 3ml+ across multiple sessions. We always plan conservatively over multiple visits.
Topical numbing is applied. Most clients describe the sensation as pressure rather than pain. Bruising is more common in the cheeks than other areas — we plan around any social events.
Not when placed correctly. Cheek filler is structural — it lifts mid-face tissue rather than adding bulk. Done right, the lower face actually looks slimmer because the gravity-driven sag has been corrected.
